Caribbean Futures of Education: Re-imagining and re-inventing Education in the Caribbean

Global issues such as climate change, persistent inequalities and political extremism threaten global peace, justice, economic and environmental sustainability.

UNESCO has launched the Futures of Education webinar series to reimagine and redefine the role of education and its role in sustainable development in an increasingly complex, diverse and interconnected global community.

The Caribbean Futures of Education webinar series is part of the global initiative, aiming to promote discourse on the education strategies in the Caribbean sub-region in addressing central challenges of human and sustainable development including Human and Planetary Sustainability; Citizenship and Participation; Work and Economic Security; and Knowledge Production, Access and Governance.
