2024 Regional Results Report

It is the first-ever regional results report for the English- and Dutch-speaking Caribbean, bringing together evidence, analysis and results from across the region to tell a single, coherent story of UN development cooperation under the UN–Caribbean Multi-Country Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (MSDCF).

For the first time, the report consolidates data and results from six separate UN Country Team (UNCT) reports, covering 22 countries and territories. It highlights how UN agencies, funds and programmes worked collectively with governments, regional institutions, civil society and development partners to address shared challenges—ranging from economic vulnerability and inequality, to climate shocks, disaster risk, and citizen security. The report is structured around the four MSDCF priority areas: shared prosperity and economic resilience; equality, well-being and leaving no one behind; resilience to climate change and shocks; and peace, safety, justice and the rule of law.

Beyond documenting results, the report demonstrates the value of a regional, multi-country approach for Small Island Developing States (SIDS), showing how joint programming, pooled financing and coordinated policy support helped amplify impact in 2024. It also reflects on lessons learned and emerging priorities as the region moves into the final years of the 2030 Agenda.
