Inclusive Hiring Practices Webinar

The United Nations Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean is hosting a Webinar on Inclusive Hiring Practices, taking place on 2 December, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Barbados and Eastern Caribbean time).

This interactive session is part of a “HireAbility” Advocacy Campaign designed by a youth from the Eastern Caribbean to promote the enhancement of hiring practices ot be more inclusive of persons with disabilities. Therefore, the Webinar will focus on breaking barriers and embracing inclusion. The webinar will feature remarks by the President of the Caribbean Chamber, expert presentations on disability inclusion, legal frameworks, and practical guidance for employers as well as an Interactive Q&A with facilitators from UN agencies, trade unions,  employers, and organizations of persons with disabilities.

Government officials, employers, HR professionals, organizations of persons with disabilities, trade unions, chambers of commerce, youth and advocacy groups, and anyone interested in advancing disability inclusion in the workplace
